Our New-Resident Service works very simply.
Every month (usually in the first week, never later than the 18th) we e-mail you a file of names & addresses of people who told one of our sources during the previous calendar month that they changed address to a home in one of the zip codes in your market or service area.
You present that file to your software and print mailing labels, or integrate the addresses into a custom letter, and send off your advertising mailer as quickly as you can.
You also set up a simple system to measure the results, and wait for some of these new neighbors to pay you a visit, become a satisfied customer, and stay that way for five years (that's the average time people remain, before moving elsewhere.)
With the file of names comes our invoice, for payment by the month-end.

- Assemble and mail it timely every month
- Prepare a warm welcome for the responding new customers
- Pay our bill by the month-end, and
